Supports strategic and operational analysis as well as takes a lead role in driving large projects within the French business, allowing for deep insight and access to the organizational strategy and direction
Lead and coordinate cross functional interactions between Commercial, Business Units, Operations and Finance
Utilizes tools for global sales forecasting and analysis and delivers accurate, reliable and timely forecasts and KPIs
Responsible for the delivery and management of the operational tasks and processes, including but not limited to CRM/Veeva
Provides consistent, timely and accurate sales reporting using systems to efficiently track revenue across UK and NL.
Drives continuous improvements, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Support leadership to ensure all facets of Commercial are considered in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
Develops a thorough understanding of the French Regeneron/Sanofi Alliance and the associated counterparts
Manages the incentive plan and coordinates effective communication with finance and HR teams, as appropriate
Manages the tools and the processes for reporting of sales and marketing analytics, trend analysis, customer data, etc.
Manages and updates internal sales reporting system to ensure accuracy
Plan and coordinate training and development of commercial team
Provides operational support to ensure field force effectiveness
Work closely with the ROW Commercial strategy & Operations Lead to ensure consistency and standardisation across the organisation
Acts as primary point of contact for Commercial Operations
