Temporary Administrative Assistant

 Are you an organized and proactive individual with a knack for multitasking? A manufacturing company in Mukilteo is seeking a detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support their team during a busy period. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our dynamic office environment while gaining valuable experience.

This is a temporary position starting in August and is anticipating to last 3-4 months.

Temporary Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as required.
  • Create job orders in computer system
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay:

  • $19-$21 per hour

Temporary Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative assistant or office coordinator experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English
  • Proficient in MS Office programs- Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
