A local non-profit is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to support their team. If you have 2+ years of executive assistant or high level administrative experience and are passionate about helping people, this role may be the perfect fit for you!
This company’s mission is to help underserved populations gain access to apprenticeship programs to build their careers. They have many different programs to serve our local communities. This is a great opportunity to give back and gain experience working with a non-profit organization.
This is a full-time, Temporary Executive Assistant role. In this role, you will be assisting with maintaining financial records, preparing reports, monitoring income, reconciling accounts, and scheduling.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Pay:
$31-$32.90 per hour
