This company offers a full-time Monday through Friday work week, competitive pay, and an opportunity for you to get your foot in the door with a company who is a high profile advocate for affordable housing within our community.
Temporary HR Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greet walk in customers
- Answer phones + answer questions regarding KCHA services
- Process and distribute mail
- Receive, log, and maintain payment records
- Order supplies
- Data entry
- Various admin duties as assigned
You will be successful in this role if you are passionate about helping other, thrive in a highly diverse environment, and are customer service oriented.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $28.75 per hour
Property Specialist Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years in person administrative roles (HR is ideal)?
- Computer Proficient; MS Office Suite (Prior HRIS experience a plus!)
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Highly organized, able to multi-task effectively
