An Aerospace Manufacturing company is currently seeking a
Temporary Human Resource Assistant ?
to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting human resource with daily functions like facilitating interviews, processing onboarding documents for new hires, and maintaining essential employee information within their database.
This is a 6-8 weeks temporary, full time opportunity to gain hands-on human resource experience and work with a supportive team.
Temporary Human Resource Assistant Job Duties:
- Communicate effectively with applicants and employees over the phone and via email
- Prepare and process new hire paperwork and update employee records
- Maintain and organize confidential HR files, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
Temporary Human Resource Assistant
Job Requirements:
- At least 6months in an Administrative or HR position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
- Strong organizational and time-management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay:
$25-$26/hr
