Temporary Human Resource Assistant

An Aerospace Manufacturing company is currently seeking a
Temporary Human Resource Assistant ?
to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting human resource with daily functions like facilitating interviews, processing onboarding documents for new hires, and maintaining essential employee information within their database.

This is a 6-8 weeks temporary, full time opportunity to gain hands-on human resource experience and work with a supportive team.

Temporary Human Resource Assistant Job Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with applicants and employees over the phone and via email
  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork and update employee records
  • Maintain and organize confidential HR files, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM

Temporary Human Resource Assistant
Job Requirements:

  • At least 6months in an Administrative or HR position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
  • Strong organizational and time-management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay:
 $25-$26/hr

Milwaukie. Not accessible by public transit.
