Immediate StartOur client, a B2B product business are looking for a Internal Recruitment Assistant to join them on a temporary basis to support them during a busy time of hiring. The role will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the recruitment of staff into the core business.The company is a £40 million turnover, fast growing founder led business with a headcount of 200 of which 134 are UK based.The role involves screening CV’s, assisting with writing and posting job adverts and supporting across the recruitment admin life-cycle.A minimum of 6 months previous experience is required either in-house or agency with experience of using an Applicant Tracking System. You must be immediately available.The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2/3 days in their Brighton Office, working alongside the HR team.Kelta HR will act as an Employment Agency for this hire on behalf of the client.Kelta HR is committed to Equal Opportunities in employment and service delivery.
