- Identifying and proactively responding to customer needs, inquiries and concerns
- Entering freight bills in an accurate and timely manner from a variety of mediums
- Printing and preparing documentation for our operations team
- Preparing trips for dispatch in Truckmate
- Reconciling completed trips in accordance with driver check-in procedures
- Undelivered Freight bill coding
- Overage, shortage, and damage monitoring / follow up
- No Pod report monitoring
- On Time Delivery Exception Auditing
- Scanning documents
- Attend all pre-planned meetings
- Other tasks as assigned by Terminal Supervisor / Regional Manager
QualificationsSkills and Qualifications:
- Detail orientated and self-motivated
- Alpha and Numeric Keyboarding /typing skills 40wpm + accurately
- Ability to prioritize and effectively handle changing priorities
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with analytical decision-making skills.
Technical Skills:
- Transportation Industry expriance
- Understanding Truckmate system considered a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel.
