• Identifying and proactively responding to customer needs, inquiries and concerns
• Entering freight bills in an accurate and timely manner from a variety of mediums
• Printing and preparing documentation for our operations team
• Preparing trips for dispatch in Truckmate
• Reconciling completed trips in accordance with driver check-in procedures
• Undelivered Freight bill coding
• Overage, shortage, and damage monitoring / follow up
• No Pod report monitoring
• On Time Delivery Exception Auditing
• Scanning documents
• Attend all pre-planned meetings
• Other tasks as assigned by Terminal Supervisor / Regional Manager

QualificationsSkills and Qualifications:

• Detail orientated and self-motivated
• Alpha and Numeric Keyboarding /typing skills 40wpm + accurately
• Ability to prioritize and effectively handle changing priorities
• Ability to work well within a team
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with analytical decision-making skills.

Technical Skills:

• Transportation Industry expriance
• Understanding Truckmate system considered a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel.
