Come join our family in KONE Americas to be a part of something big!JOB OVERVIEWThe Testing Repair Procedure Manager is responsible for documenting complete maintenance, testing, and repair procedures in compliance with all applicable code and KONE guidelines.Please note: Position is 100% remote and open to considering candidates located near Mississauga, Canada and Lisle/Moline, IL.JOB DUTIES:Maintenance, Testing, Repair DocumentationDrive and maintain the maintenance, testing and repair documentation production process based upon clearly prioritized demand including the following outputs:Maintenance Control Program (MCP)Maintenance (ASG, OM), Testing (AS, OM) and Repair Procedure Manuals (AS, OM)KONE Maintenance Methods (KMM) Tech GuideProduct BulletinsPIC/RetrofitASME Code CommitteesThis role will effectively participate in relevant ASME code committees as it relates to Service Operations, including:Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Committee (MRR)Existing Elevator Committee (EI)Inspections CommitteeA18.1 CommitteeHIRING REQUIREMENTS:4-year college degree or equivalent experience10 years progressive service operations management experience including technical expertise in service operations, elevator code, action planning and implementation.Demonstrated success developing and evaluating program models and selecting and successfully operationalizing innovative programs.Completion of NEIEP/CEIEP education and Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) Certification a plus.Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems.Demonstrated success in code related testing and repair procedures.Demonstrates the ability to work with others in the development publication of processes and procedures.Proficient in using technology as a reporting tool and experience working with information technology staff to develop and implement program evaluation systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.Understand methods related safety risks and participate in risk analysis reviews.Basic Office tool knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Projects, PPMT, etc).
