In a role in Product Development & Management, you’ll oversee our entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and ensuring successful delivery and ongoing performance.See your commuteAs a Third Party Funds Analyst, you’ll work alongside colleagues managing the Product Management Functions and those managing the other functions of the Third-Party Product Team: Origination (Proposition Ownership, Supply & Demand) and Distribution (Investment Specialists and Funds Marketing).To be successful in this role, you’ll:Be highly competent in MS Word and MS Excel (fluency in multiple formulas, graphing, pivot tables)Understands operational risk and incident management principles and processes.Experience working on regulatory initiatives with knowledge of the current/future landscape in UK & Europe, including its impact on Asset Managers, Distributors and Clients.Experience in process design, driving initiatives through to conclusion and coordinating multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional skills include:CAIA, IMC, CFA, Project Management and Funds Operations qualifications would be preferable.Strong understanding of trade life cycles, pre and post sales processes and operational functions and systems related to funds trading in a private bank. This includes data reference systems, Salesforce & Avaloq.You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.Office location: 1 Churchill Place, LondonPurpose of the roleTo develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.ÂAccountabilities
- Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance.
- Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product strategy and development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve and implement new product offerings.
- Response to colleague and stakeholder inquiries,â¯resolution of issues,â¯and provision of guidance on product usage.â¯Â .
- Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers and stakeholders,â¯building trust and encouraging adoption.
- Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product,â¯such as brochures,â¯presentations,â¯and online content.
- Participation in and delivery of training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Participation in events,â¯conferences,â¯and other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest.

- Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.

- Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
- Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc).to solve problems creatively and effectively.
