TIG Welder

Join a leading manufacturing company in Portland, OR! They support some of the largest companies in the semiconductor industry, and they’re adding experienced TIG Welders to their team.

This is a temp-to-hire welding opportunity, with a company that, once converted, offers fantastic benefits, value teamwork & collaboration, and have a strong focus on safety.

TIG Welder Job Duties:

• Perform welding on materials like stainless steel, mild steel and nickel alloys
• Quality inspection your completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow written instructions and drawings
• Follow safety guidelines at all times

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6am-2:30pm

• Some weeks, must be comfortable working overtime of up to 20 hours/wk.

TIG Welder Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of previous TIG and MIG welding experience – Semiconductor is preferred
• Must have your own welding hood
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a TIG/MIG weld test on-site

Pay: $25.00-$30/Hour
