Visit us at to learn more!Titan Security is hosting an on-site hiring fair at one of our commercial office builings in the Northfield area. We are looking to hire several Security Officers to perform outdoor foot patrols around a commercial office building in the . These positions require working outside in all weather and seasons. Outdoor gear will be provided as part of the uniform. The job fair will be Monday, November 4th , from 10am-2 pm. Please make sure you are Dressed Business Casual.*Note: this will NOT be held at our corporate office.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of Rover Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required

• Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity
• Conduct patrols (could be walking up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

QualificationsRequired Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

• 1+ year experience as an unarmed security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or residential position

• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, standing for extended periods of time, completing foot patrols of up to 10 miles a day, working in inclement weather

Clean driving record.Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Customer service experience and at least one (1) to two (2) years of security experience.Pay and Benefits for Security Officers:

• $18.00 / hour (non-negotiable)
