  • Assisting with ecommerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Supporting digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising by contributing creative ideas and executing campaign tasks.
  • Conducting research and analysis on online consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align strategies and drive business objectives.
  • Learning and utilizing ecommerce and digital marketing tools, including Content Management Systems (CMS) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.

By collaborating with multiple teams, you’ll help to improve stock availability, maximize product performance, and deliver results that directly impact our ecommerce success.Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong analytical mindset with an interest in consumer insights.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

  • You currently have the valid right to work in the UK.
  • The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2025.
  • This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
