Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the South West. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. If you have a passion for human resources and enjoy building relationships, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
– Utilise social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
– Utilise CRM tools for lead generation and client management
– Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process
– Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams throughout the recruitment lifecycleRequirements:
– Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role within the human resources field
– Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
