Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Business DevelopmentINDUSTRY LEADING RECRUITMENT BUSINESSHere at DRIVER HIRE CHELMSFORD we have an opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Business Development to join our existing friendly team based in Witham.Are you looking for a varied role that includes both Sales & Recruitment?If so, we have the perfect role waiting for you where continued training will be given every step of the way.Duties will include:

• Build & maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Increase client base via various platforms
• Conduct Market research to identify new business opportunities
• Fulfilling client bookings
• Take part in on call out of hours rota (after probation period)

Skills Required· Previous experience in an office environment and / or sales desirable but not essential· Have an interest in sales and business development· Clear communicator· Ability to priorise workload and remain calm under pressure· Good computer skills· Polite and friendly· Excellent attention to detail· Full UK Driving LicenceTHE REWARDSStarting salary will depend on experience .Bonus StructureHours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch breakHolidays will be 33 days (inc. bank holidays).

Expected salary

£18000 – 23800 per year
