Are you passionate about teaching and looking for a role where you can make a real impact? iSAMS by IRIS is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Trainer to join our team. We specialise in providing top-class software solutions for Independent and International Schools, and we’re looking for someone like you to help us deliver exceptional training to schools both in the UK and internationally.What will you be doing?In this pivotal role, you’ll be:

• Training New Schools: Deliver comprehensive online training on the iSAMS Management Information System (MIS). You’ll help schools configure and set up the system to perfectly meet their needs.
• Designing Training Programmes: Collaborate with our implementation team to craft bespoke training plans that cater to each school’s unique requirements.
• Delivering Training: Provide engaging online training sessions, both for groups and on a one-on-one basis.
• Developing Materials: Create and refine training courses and materials, including podcasts, to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
• Enhancing Training: Use feedback to continuously improve the quality of training content and delivery.
• Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with product developments and new features, and promote these to our client schools.
• Supporting Clients: Work alongside Customer Account Managers to help existing schools maximise their use of the iSAMS MIS.
• Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional tasks and projects that support the team’s needs and align with your capabilities.

What are we looking for?We’re excited to find someone who:

• Experience: Has significant experience delivering training on complex software or holds relevant teaching qualifications.
• Language Skills: Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not essential.
• Sector Knowledge: Experience in the Education or IT sector is essential, and customer service experience is a bonus.
• IT Skills: Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Forms, and Power Automate.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Relationship Building: Confident and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Organisation: Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong organisational skills.
• Problem Solving: Proactive, positive, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Self-Motivation: A natural self-starter who is highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Encouragement: Ability to be persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
