Training Delivery Manager, Deep Learning Institute

The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) trains developers, data scientists and researchers how to solve challenging problems using artificial intelligence, deep learning, Generative AI, accelerated computing, and the industrial metaverse. We are looking for an exceptional training operations and delivery manager to join our team and drive training programs for enterprise, government and academic customers. In this role you will actively engage with customers, partners and instructors to plan and deliver high quality learning experiences. You will also will gain meaningful hands-on experience helping us design and implement systems to manage and grow the DLI training initiative.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for planning, logistics, delivery audits and payment reconciliation for customer training, public workshops, conference training labs, and academic Ambassador workshops, influencing thousands of people worldwide by::

  • Processing orders and training requests for 100+ workshops, conferences and similar events each month

  • Coordinating through vendors and partners the planning and delivery of DLI Workshops

  • Administrative responsibility for monthly activity, revenue, and KPI reports

  • Driving event logistics, schedule, agenda, registration, instructor assignments, and other aspects of our instructor-led training program

  • Responding to customer support inquiries submitted to DLI

  • Support independent contracting efforts, including onboarding, scheduling, payment processing, and daily communications.

  • Supporting internal NVIDIA training, including communication and management with L&D teams

  • Processing and maintaining training records in the NVIDIA Training CRM System (Salesforce)

What we need to see:

You have proven experience managing logistics and administrative tasks, and enjoy coordinating with customers, either in a commercial firm or academic setting. Specifically, you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience planning and delivering workshops, symposiums, tutorials, or similar events

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to support several events in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

The base salary range is 76,000 USD – 161,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
