Job Description:RESPONSIBILITIESMandated and Amended Transactions:

• Engage and liaise with the client and other Intertrust teams to collate all KYC information for new deals.
• Work with Group Compliance to ensure correct KYC information is received and present the deal (if required) to the Business Acceptance Committee for approval.
• Create working party lists for the wider trustee teams’ transactions.
• Work with the wider Trustee team to manage deal signings.

Data Management:

• Input all trustee deal data into system of record (Salesforce)
• Ascertain all covenants and obligations relevant for the trustee, and enter this, along with the relevant transaction details into the relevant database in accordance with CSC procedures.

Closed Transactions:

• Deal with ad hoc simple transaction enquiries and/or relevant correspondence.
• Record time spent on relevant activities for client billing purposes in accordance with Intertrust procedures.
• Review invoices in accordance with fee letters and assist with financial control.
• Work on file reviews / refreshes
• Dealing with any incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Experience of finance transactions in a corporate trustee or agency capacity is beneficial.
• Experience of finance-related work is beneficial.
• An excellent level of communication skills, both oral and written, and a high level of interpersonal skills, giving the ability to work with all levels, both within and external to, Intertrust.
• The ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines within the context of a demanding workload.
• The ability to work independently, and to work effectively as part of a team, both within the trustee team and in a multi-disciplinary setting.
