🌟 Empathy at Our Core: We don’t just serve our clients; we build trusted relationships that stand the test of time.Here’s what you’ll be doing:✅ Research and analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on the client’s business, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends to support client engagements.✅ Data analysis: Assist with the collection and analysis of financial data to support transfer pricing analysis.✅ Economic analysis: Using databases and AI enabled software tool, you will perform and review benchmarking analyses to evaluate and support transfer pricing strategies.✅ Documentation and compliance: Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports in compliance with local regulations and international standards.✅ Client engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to support in client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to client deliverables.✅ Project management: Manage tasks within assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.✅ Guide team: guide and train junior team members of the TP team to build and nurture talents✅ Collaboration across the Firm and across geographies: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Firm and with our counterparts in other countries in the HLB network to deliver comprehensive client solutions.What We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a postgraduate degree in economics, tax, accounting, business, or law (or CA/CTA/ACA qualified). We’re also looking for someone with excellent writing and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and great time management and organisational skills. If you’re eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player, this role is for you!With at least 2 years of transfer pricing experience in a UK professional services firm, you’ll be involved in economic analysis (benchmarking), writing TP deliverables (Local File, Master File, planning memos), and client engagements. Some travel between UK offices and client sites will be required.
