We operate in 9+ geographies across the UK, EU and the US.We believe that the future of financial services will be delivered by customer-oriented tech companies that embed financing in their customer journeys, and we are building the solutions that will power that future.The Role:You will be working as an integral part of the Transformation team to improve the use of our CRM system, HubSpot, to drive growth and efficiencies across the Production Line. The role will be project-focused, and you will be exposed to projects within (1) sales, (2) marketing, (3) product, (4) process optimization.The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; as well as excellent people skills to communicate changes. In addition, it is expected that the candidate can work independently and proactively. The right candidate will be able to develop in this role and with time take on business wide projects not relating to HubSpot.Requirements

• Take full ownership of how we use HubSpot as our CRM-system – and how we can use it better to propel the business forward
• Identify improvements in the way we use HubSpot, scope out projects to resolve them, and deliver solutions.
• Generate additional revenue by consistently and methodically improve our current contact strategy (emails, calls, texts, etc.).
• Resolve day-to-day issues and requests from our 200 daily users.

Deirable Skills:

• A desire to learn and grow while being constantly challenged.
• Experience from working in a fast-paced environment such as start-ups or scale-ups.
• Experience working in or with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
• A strong problem solving mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic, high sense of proactivity, and can-do attitude.
• Experience with data manipulation tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI, or R.
• Self-motivated with the ability to think in terms of solutions and improvements.
• You will be proactive, take ownership, and act with urgency.
