So, when you become part of our team, you also become part of the personal connection that strengthens the relationship people have with Xplor products.Job DescriptionXplor is seeking a Transformation Change Lead, UK to focus on high-impact / high-value transformation initiatives across our Global Operations teams. Reporting to Xplor’s Transformation Director, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of projects o deliver the Operations global strategy.This is a new role, created to recognize the demand for the delivery of a significant business transformation and change management programme.Essential to the role is experience in delivering transformational change in complex and multi-functional settings and being able to develop strong artefacts which enable swift and meaningful decision making.The ideal candidate would have experience in delivering transformational projects/programmes, organization design, process improvement, AI delivery and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role will have three areas of focus: (1) Execution of Transformation projects globally, (2) Organizational design (3) Implement solutions which enable a state of operational maturity.ResponsibilitiesExecution of strategically important projects Globally

  • Scope, shape and deliver key initiatives on time and in budget with minimal or no friction to our customers and colleagues
  • Define and report against key deliverables using planning tools to aid discussions and dependency management
  • Develop engaging communications to guide people through change and give concise updates to key stakeholders through strong unambiguous reporting
  • Using scoping techniques to assemble a full picture of impact of change across business, employee, technology, regulatory landscape etc.
  • Work in partnership with Operations users, Commercial, Product and Technology teams to understand impact and requirements

Organizational Design

  • Develop a target operating model, ascertaining an optimum organization design to effectively support growth and maturity ambitions
  • Work with business stakeholders, Operations users and technology teams to understand business processes
  • Support all governance activities with robust planning, scheduling and documentation to enable successful delivery
  • Key liaison role to drive documentation of business requirements, process flows, current versus future gap analysis and any required data analysis
  • Engagement with controls and rigour to confirm all target processes are defined to enable robust controls to be implemented
  • Lead and manage process mapping (current and new)
  • Prepare any required sign off from stakeholders on future state design decisions and go/no go decisions

Implement solutions which enable a state of operational maturity

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions which fit with the organizations strategic direction
  • Create project outputs which input to/create processes which are measurable and are within company policy/regulation
  • Work in tandem with Business Readiness colleagues and local Managers to define and deliver a successful implementation. This would include training artefacts, knowledge articles and procedures
  • Be an ambassador for continuous improvement within Xplor and helping all areas of the organization to use project tools and techniques to improve satisfaction scores and benefits realization

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in delivering strategic initiatives and organisational design at both a local and enterprise level
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • An ability to create compelling documentation which leads to clear and unambiguous decision making
  • Analytical skills: able to develop business cases and revenue projections based on change
  • Coach and direct functional managers through change
  • Rationalise problems through various lenses strategic/financial/regulatory/customer/employee
  • Drive benefit realisation through optimised ways of working
  • Influence senior leaders where conflict exists and success may need to look different with strong rationale
  • Proficient in MS Office as well as other planning and change management tools and frameworks
  • Strong organisational and programme/project skills with ability to deliver results in the face of shifting priorities, deadlines and demands
  • Team player: able to coordinate resources and manage interdependencies across geographies and functions
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills and ability to build productive relationships throughout existing and acquired companies
  • Experience in software and/or payments ecosystems
  • Working in high-growth, scale-up companies
  • Supporting execution and integration of acquired businesses
  • Executing strategic projects to deliver target financial and strategic results
  • Experience in practicing continuous improvement methodologies i.e. Lean Six Sigma
