• Team focused and integral to maintaining a good atmosphere in the work environment
• Creating good customer relations
• Polite friendly attitude with parents-guardians-carers-schools
• To be aware of the Data Protection Act
• To engage with residents and the members of the general public in a courteous and respectful manner at all times

• Experience of keeping and maintaining records in accordance with statutory/ local policy and procedure.
• Knowledge of legislation regarding the legalities of Section 19 permits/vehicles
• Knowledge of the local area and route planning
• Have knowledge and understanding of vehicle management/maintenance/MOT’s/on and off hiring etc
• Experience of addressing specific equality or diversity issues within your practice with colleagues/service users and taking action to solve them
