Treasury Operations Assistant (perm)Grade 5 – Operation of complex or multifaceted administration or technical processes and procedures with regular supervisionSalary – £28,000 per annumThe role in a nutshell:The role will be supporting the organisations Treasury operations in two key areas:1. Delivery of Back Office responsibilities. The Back Office function within the department supports the overall operation via fulfilment of administration requirements for executed trading and through monitoring and completion of any applicable internal controls2. Delivery of the organisations monthly Asset Backed Securitisation reporting obligations, including any necessary bank, investor or regulatory reportingA bit about the ‘Department’: The Treasury department’s primary responsible for managing the company’s liquidity, ensuring appropriate funds are available to support the organisation’s operations. In addition, the department is responsible for managing and reporting on any associated risks that arise as a result of Treasury operations.On the job training will be provided, we recognise we all learn differently, and we want to ensure that our training will suit your learning style.   • Reconciliation of Treasury Bank Accounts
  • Processing Deal Confirmations
  • Daily Payments
  • Treasury Month-end Reporting
  • ABS Monthly Reporting to Banks and/or Investors
  • ABS Regulatory Reporting
  • Assisting with Audit Requirements (both internal and external)
  • Maintenance and Development of Procedures
  • Dispute resolution
  • Any other duties as requested by Line Management
