Job Title: Trust Administrator (Immediate Need)Trust Administrator Pay Range: $29.63-$32.28Trust Administrator Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (Hybrid- 3 days in office required)Trust Administrator Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a Trust Administrator for a long term contract opportunity with a large reputable financial services organization in Santa Ana, CA!The Trust Administrator will be responsible to:Daily administration of 100+ MBS trusts (includes RMBS, CMBS, and ABS)Manage cash accounts for domestic and some international clients; including investment, liquidation and distribution of fundsRespond to daily inquiries from Clients, Investors and other deal partiesReview and approve monthly distribution payments and statementsReview compliance to ensure conformity to the transaction documentsPerform ongoing maintenance of deal/account information across several bank applicationsMonthly preparation of documents requested by various deal parties, in particular mortgage loan servicersCollaborate with other team members to address department projectsThe Trust Administrator requirements to be considered:

• Cash management experience is preferred
• 3 or more years Corporate Trust (or similar) experience preferred but not required.
• Undergraduate Degree (BA or BS)
• MS Office Proficient

Organized, detail-oriented contributorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to balance day-to-day activities with big-picture concernsAbility to involve team proactively in decisions

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, deadline driven, environment
