Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to urgent care patients while building meaningful relationships with clients.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team and leadership to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Strengthen relationships within the practice and the Detroit community, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
- Mentor and guide support staff through the internal LevelUp training program , fostering growth and development.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including handling surgeries and appointments during the clinic’s operating hours.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active license in good standing to practice in Michigan (or the ability to obtain licensure).
