Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Competitive Pay Package + Great Benefits – Prosper, TXAn innovative urgent care veterinary clinic in the Greater Dallas Area is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Veterinarian to join its dedicated team. This practice focuses on bridging the gap between daytime general practice and emergency/overnight care, providing high-quality after-hours services for canine and feline patients without the added expense of emergency clinic fees.Why This Practice Stands Out:

  • Exclusively Urgent Care : The clinic focuses only on urgent care, treating common urgent conditions such as wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. No wellness services or abdominal surgeries are performed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient and Client Care : Provide exceptional, relationship-based care to patients and clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with the clinical team and leadership to maintain a seamless and efficient operation.
  • Community Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships within the Greater Dallas community , establishing the clinic as a trusted resource for urgent care services.
  • Staff Development : Encourage the growth of support staff through the LevelUp training program , helping them enhance their skills and progress within the practice.
  • Manage Varied Caseload : The veterinarian will handle a diverse caseload, including surgical and non-surgical cases, during clinic hours.

Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
  • Active license in good standing to practice in Texas , or the ability to obtain a license in the state.
