Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian – Urgently Hiring + Flexible Benefits – Beverly, MAA new urgent care clinic in Beverly, MA is seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join its team. This clinic will focus on providing urgent care for canine and feline patients outside of regular business hours, offering an alternative to emergency services without the added costs. The facility will be equipped with modern technology, including cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and a full suite of IDEXX in-house lab equipment. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys urgent care and seeks a supportive, flexible work environment.Why This Role Is a Great Fit:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide urgent care to patients in a relationship-based setting, focusing on building strong bonds with clients and their pets.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and leadership to ensure exceptional care and smooth clinic operations.
  • Foster relationships within the Beverly community, ensuring the clinic becomes a trusted provider for after-hours care.
  • Mentor and develop support staff through the clinic’s LevelUp training program , which is designed to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Manage a varied caseload , including surgeries and appointments, while prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
  • Active license to practice in Massachusetts (or the ability to obtain one).
