Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications & treatments as prescribed and track patient progress
- Monitor vital signs & provide personal care in line with Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Coordinate medical care, including scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups
- Manage medical supplies & ensure proper inventory for patient needs
- Respond to emergencies with CPR, first aid, and other life-saving techniques
- Train & support direct care staff on medical procedures and equipment use
Requirements:
- Active LPN License in MA
- At least 3 months of direct care experience (healthcare, group home, or residential setting)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or willingness to obtain)
