Hiring for patient service representative/Customer Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist patients and healthcare providers, and manage various administrative tasks in a high-volume call environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with our company and potentially secure a permanent position.Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.
• Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
• Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient medications as needed.
• Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• High volume call experience.
