Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Pharmacy Technician, you will primarily be responsible for filling prescription vials with pills and capsules, along with some liquids. You will use a computer to read prescription requirements, scan vials and labels, replenish automated fill machines with drugs, and process shipping orders. This role does not involve any phone calls or phone issues.Responsibilities

• Fill prescription vials with pills and capsules.
• Handle some liquid prescriptions.
• Use a computer to read prescription requirements.
• Scan vials and labels for accuracy.
• Replenish automated fill machines with drugs.
• Process shipping orders.
• Meet line quotas, with faster lines requiring 365 vials per hour and others requiring 100-150 per hour.

Essential Skills

• Pharmacy technician license.
• Experience in a pharmacy or retail pharmacy setting.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (open to someone in training).

Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a highly automated, non-customer-facing facility. The environment is climate-controlled, and you can dress casually and listen to headphones during your shift. Two shifts are available:Work EnvironmentTwo shifts available:1st Shift – Pay: $18.95/hour.Monday 9:00am-7:30pmTuesday – Friday 10am-7:30pmSaturday 11:00am-8:30pm2nd Shift – Pay: $19.70Monday 1pm-11:30pmTuesday – Friday 2pm-11pmSaturday 11am-8:30pmEach week you work a Saturday, you will have a rotating weekday off.Each week that you work a Saturday, you will have a rotating weekday off. Mondays are the busiest days, usually requiring a 10.5-hour shift, while other days are approximately 8.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch break. Once you become a permanent employee, you will receive 40 hours of emergency PTO (flex), 88 hours of scheduled PTO, and 5 floating holidays. Overtime is rarely denied if desired.Company Benefits:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.95 – $18.95/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
