Job Description:Talem Home Care – New Haven is searching for dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team.Our Caregivers serve clients in Fairfield & New Haven Counties, and the surrounding communities in Southern Connecticut.Pay starts at $16-$18 an hour!!WHAT WE OFFER:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Assistance with ambulation
- Medication Reminders
- Companionship
- Assistance with Personal Care (bathing/dressing)
- Transportation to appointments, recreational activities, errands, etc.
- Compassion for Seniors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- We prefer one year of caregiving experience but are willing to train the right candidates
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable car or other reliable transportation
- Current car insurance and registration (if driving clients to appointments)
- Availability/Flexibility with scheduling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and friendly attitude
