Job Title: Certified Nursing AssistantHiring for a long term care facility offering 1199, part time availability, and 3 different shift options!Job DescriptionAs a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to patients. You will attend meetings, orientations, and trainings as directed by the charge nurse and management. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and tidying rooms, serving meals in a timely manner, and ensuring patient safety at all times. You will answer call bells promptly and document the care provided during and at the end of each shift. Additionally, you will report any items that need to be ordered, repaired, or are missing to the charge nurse.Hard Skills

• 6 months of experience working in a similar setting MINIMUM
• CNA Certification from an accredited program

Soft Skills

• High customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and report back to the charge nurse
• High attention to detail and patience

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s). Full benefits provided and weekly direct deposit pay.Work EnvironmentLocated in Northern Manhattan, our facility is a 705-capacity rehabilitation and skilled nursing center. We are dedicated to providing quality care through diverse programs and services designed to support health and independence for individuals needing short or long-term care. We accept staff who can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week with an every-other-weekend schedule. Shifts include Day (7:30 am – 3:30 pm), Evening (3:30 pm – 11:30 pm), and Night (11:30 pm – 7:30 am). During the first week, you will have classroom training from 9 am to 5 pm for the first three days, and ideally, start buddying on the fourth day based on your assigned shift.About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
