The RoleAs the successful USA Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining a network of candidates and clients in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.You can also expect to:

• Assess job descriptions and create adverts
• Qualify and screen candidates
• Manage interview and offer processes
• Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
• Pitch for retained business
• Take clients through the Vantage Consulting client journey
• Mentor Associate Consultants where required

About YouTo be successful in the role of USA Recruitment Consultant you’ll be a highly driven, ambitious and compassionate individual. Ideally, you’ll have experience building relationships and working to targets in a sales environment.You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
• Be articulate and have strong written and oral communication skills
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team culture
