The User Experience team is fairly new within the Openreach Technology organisation so this role is critical in helping us establish user led rather than business led design practices across the Openreach IT functions.This role will work across our large IT estate, partnering with the business and engineering teams to drive the adoption of our new Openreach design system and design standards, whilst championing a UX mindset and practices.
