The Value-Based Programs Analyst supports successful value-based provider relationships in the Service Fund Department with a focus on improving the provider experience and achieving path-to-value goals through analysis and collaboration of provider contract loading and maintenance.
The Value-Based Programs Analyst supports our Market Contracting and Market Finance partners in multiple markets ensuring Provider Contracts are loaded in Service Fund accurately and timely for membership paneling and provider payments.
Focuses on value based strategies related to the administration of value based contracts
Supports the markets in all value based contract administration strategies and supports implementation of those strategies through regular engagement and analytical support
Facilitates the loading of Provider Contractsthrough collaboration with our Service Fund Operational teams and our Market Partners and based upon contractual stipulations
Ensures the accuracy of provider payment, membership paneling and allows us to identify broader synergies with our partners
Uses excel to analyze, research and load Provider contracts

Required Qualifications
1+ year experience with data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (ex. pivot tables, vlookups, basic formatting, etc)
Proven experience in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of experience within the Humana Service Fund Department
Provider installation experience
SQL knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries
Experience in the healthcare industry

Work-At-Home Requirements
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$59,300 – $80,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
