You will be responsible and accountable for leading the diverse and agile team of the Vendor Master specialists interacting with Global Stakeholders both upstream and downstream.
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Be part of S4HANA MDG (M&A) Project for BRT (UAT) & Support Technical/Functional Teams & Prior/Post Go-Live.
- Part of training to GSC/Onshore Stakeholder/Customers. Perform the BRT (UAT) with various scenarios and ensure to find the defects & track until fixed by IT Project team.
- Preferably expert in Power BI Dashboard/ Power BI Automation.
- Ensure all the projects such as Project Gollum/ Entity Change/ M&A /Sanctions/ Any new projects etc are handled timely as per give target and without any delays and error free.
- Be part of all VM Migrations to take lead & perform the KT and handover the process to VM CoE Team for execution after successful signoff.
- Manage any ad hoc requirements that may be asked from time to time and present the specifics within the deadlines set with stakeholders (business / GSC teams).
- Ensure to handle all the final level approvals within 24hrs TAT. Ensure to understand and follow company Global Vendor Master Policy/Guidelines and controls on a consistent basis.
- Ensure to update the SOP document as & when required & it should be approved by Manager & GRC member.
- Maintain banking account information for vendors, requiring high level of accuracy and strict confidentiality.
- Ensure complete all the Risk related monthly activities and submit in Archer timely basis.
- Respond to audit requests for documentation. Develop/Adopt as & when policy & process changes.
