Full time Veterinarian DVM – Now Hiring + Competitive Salary – Chesterfield, MOA well-established, full-service animal hospital located in Chesterfield, Missouri, is looking for an experienced and compassionate veterinarian to join its growing team. The clinic provides advanced medical, surgical, and dental services to dogs, cats, and exotic pets in a friendly and supportive environment.Position Highlights:

• Sign-on and Retention Bonuses: Up to $40,000 signing bonus, plus additional retention bonuses of $20,000 after one year and another $20,000 at the two-year mark.
• Surgical Passion: Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in surgery, with opportunities for a wide range of soft tissue and orthopedic procedures.
• Work-Life Balance: No on-call or emergency duties. Enjoy regular business hours with rotating short Saturday shifts, ensuring three-day weekends every other week.
