Full-Time Veterinarian Internist – Now Hiring + Sign-On Bonus with Relocation Assistance – Springfield, ORA well-established emergency and specialty veterinary hospital in Eugene-Springfield, Oregon , is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Board-Certified Internist to join their team. This is a unique chance to build and grow a dynamic internal medicine practice in a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility with a strong referral base and a collaborative, supportive environment.About the Role:The hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Internist to shape the internal medicine service in their new 12,000 sq. ft. facility , complete with cutting-edge technology, including a Toshiba 128-slice CT scanner . The hospital has been a trusted provider of emergency and specialty care for over 40 years , seeing over 10,000 patients annually, and is now looking to expand its internal medicine offerings. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the internal medicine team while working closely with specialists in neurology, surgery, and critical care.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the internal medicine service within the hospital.
• Provide exceptional care and treatment to both emergency and referral patients.
• Build and nurture relationships with referring veterinarians and clients.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of veterinary professionals.
• Utilize the latest diagnostic tools, including advanced imaging technologies, to provide comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with specialists in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
