We build resilient, scalable, word-class technology while always staying pragmatic and focused on shipping efficiently.Our current stack: React, React Native, Ruby on Rails, Node, Python, Rust, AWS.About the roleYour manager will be , our CTOYour mission is to lead the engineering team, driving product development and innovation.You will:Establish technical strategy, set engineering goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities include managing software development cycles, overseeing quality assurance, and maintaining high coding standards.Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a collaborative culture.Ensure projects are delivered timely, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments.Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product capabilities and scalability.Effective communication with stakeholders and continuous improvement of engineering processes is crucial.You’d be a great fit if youAre a team player, are humble, and like to help others groware genuinely friendly and ambitiouslike to take initiative and find new creative solutions to problemsare an excellent communicator and know how to coordinate teams, collect feedback and identify bottlenecks5+ years in an engineering role in product-driven organizationshave a track record in mobile-first productshave an excellent eye for aesthetics, layouts, fonts, and what makes a lovable productare fluent in English (written and spoken)break down big projects into small deliverables, well-presented to engineers, and move fast based on user feedback.
