We offer you not only an opportunity, but also an inspiring experience in a truly international environment where you team up to push the boundaries through the innovation, creativity and team spirit expressed by our people.About the job :You manage the timely selection process of the most suitable resource among Technip Energies and/or Inspection Agencies, as per Project instruction and in order to achieve the supply conformity against the contractual requirements during the Purchase Order execution, in terms of delivery date and manufacturing quality. You optimize the staff Inspectors’ assignments in line with Operating Center VPM Heads’ expectations.You report operationally to the Global Resource Management Head.The Key interactions (internally and externally) are with Project team, Procurement, Administration, Quality, Suppliers, Inspection Agencies, Partners, Notifying Authorities, Clients.The role and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage all contractual aspects both Inter Company Purchase Orders (ICPO), Corporate Subcontract Agreements (CSA) and Local Subcontract Agreements (LSA), including the issue of the Assignment Letters (AL) and the validation of incoming invoices respecting the contractual payment terms.
  • Prepare and issues the CSA, LSA and ICP
  • Manage selection processes for the staff Inspector / Inspection Agency to perform Vendor Performance Management activities
  • Check and verify the relevant milestone achievement through the Inspection Man-hour Follow-up Sheet / Monthly Statement of Inspection
  • Monitor and optimize Inspector workload
  • Jointly with Vendor Performance Coordinator, arrange the Kick-Off Meeting with Inspection Agencies for the critical assignments
  • Validate and update subcontract valuations in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Contribute to preparation of Inspection Agencies performance evaluation including their resources assessment
  • Perform Agencies surveys as necessary
  • Open follows up and close Agencies Incident Investigations
  • Analyse the Agencies Periodical Performance Report issue by Agencies

Must have:

  • Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Leadership in front of Agencies and Project Management
  • Experience in Purchasing and Coordination activities
  • Negotiation Skills
  • English Level B2 minimum
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS office
