• £17,995.58 (seasonal contract) rising to £19,339 (Seasonal contract) on completion of training
• Benefits Envelope: £6,478.40
• £7,918.05 shift allowance depending on shift
• Career progression and opportunities to progress to Full time contract
• Shift patterns consist of a rotation of day and night shifts through the week following a 24/7 pattern

ESSENTIAL:

• Proficient in Reading and Writing. This will support recording of data and review of machine performance.
• Must have a level of physical capability to carry / lift loads within agreed risk assessment limits & feed materials into a machine / manually-palletize.
• Can maintain focus and discipline for the task whilst demonstrating good problem-solving skills to protect targets.
• Experienced in the use of logistics data and control systems that record Material Movement, Losses, and Quality. Must also be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office; Word programmes.
• Able to work well in a team, supporting your colleagues where needed.
• Able to demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Carry out training of new team members when needed.
• Effective communicator.

PREFERRED / DESIRABLE:

• Experience as a Site Logistics Operations Worker.
• Experience of manufacturing in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company.
