The Opportunity

To assist the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that real time records are inputted onto the Oracle computer system, and maintain operations within the warehouse to pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Providing support to the warehouse operative team to cover periods of planned and unplanned absence.

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

• Releasing planned jobs ready for picking their components
• Performing all Transfer Move Order’s to maintain accurate stock control
• Processing Sub-Inventory Transfers for relocated stock
• Carrying out daily Perpetual Inventory checks
• Receipting all incoming materials
• Reviewing planned job shortages
• Assisting in the despatch of finished goods
• Performing temperature recordings and their chart archiving
• Receipting customer returns/complaints
• Supporting with other warehouse operative duties as required
• Maintaining a safe working environment for all

Due to the nature of our business, all successful candidates will be required to complete a basic DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service check) before employment can commence, and at regular intervals during employment. This check will be paid for by Dechra.’
