Flair Rugs is currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator for their Warehouse Operations in Hadfield, Glossop. This dedicated individual will join our warehouse admin team at the site on the Tameside/Glossop border, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient facility operations.Who Are We?

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will support the goods in/goods out operations in our bustling warehouse, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule. You will collaborate with colleagues under the guidance of the Warehouse Admin Supervisor to meet team targets and uphold Flair’s commitment to continuous improvement.About You:

  • You demonstrate flexibility by providing assistance and coverage across all areas of warehouse administration as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience as a warehouse administrator, transport administrator or similar.
  • ERP, data visualisation systems (eg. Navision, Phocas)
  • Proficient in Excel, Office 365
  • Good written and verbal communication

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage order processing from identification to dispatch.
  • Handle invoicing and estimate delivery times.
  • Coordinate stock feeds and oversee agency timesheets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through bin management and label creation.
  • Manage goods receipt, container bookings, stock transfers, and Navision updates efficiently.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures, including hygiene practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Salary: £23,497 + Shift Allowance
Contract: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Onsite Working: Rotating 8-hour shift pattern 06.00- 14.30 (week 1) and 14.00 –11 Mon–Thur 14.00 – 20.30 Friday (week 2)Benefits include but are not limited to:
