Warehouse Associate

Are you passionate about metal working or the knife industry? Do you have at least one year of warehouse experience? This Warehouse Associate opportunity with a globally recognized knife manufacturing company could be the job for you!

In this role, you will play an important part in shipping out clients’ products and ensuring order accuracy, but you will also get hands on experience working in the Warranty & Repair Department. In this role you will be processing orders for warranty and repair customers, learning how to answer return and repair questions and assist the warehouse daily with pulling, shipping and stocking.

As a Warehouse Associate for this company, you will have access to a close-knit team, hands-on training, excellent benefits upon conversion, monthly lunches, and weekends off!

Warehouse Customer Support Associate Job Duties:

• Picking and packing orders for customers
• Receiving new inventory
• Receiving PO’s and printing labels
• Shipping orders locally and internationally

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30a-4:00p

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Warehouse Customer Support Associate Requirements: 

• 1 year of prior warehouse experience preferred
• RF scanner and PC computer experience required
• Knowledge of knives or knife materials preferred, but not required
• International shipping experience preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft and Excel
