Warehouse Clerk

Are you an experienced Warehouse Clerk with at least one year of experience in client communication, BOLs, and receiving? A growing 3PL distributor in Garland is looking to add a Warehouse Clerk to their team!

In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager, tackling tasks that require strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent organizational abilities. A solid grasp of bills of lading and invoicing is key, and experience in bookkeeping or accounts receivable/payable is a definite plus.

This full-time, temporary-to-hire position offers a chance to enhance your skills and advance within the company. 

You’ll receive valuable feedback, have opportunities for growth, and benefit from a balanced work schedule—60% desk work and 40% warehouse duties—with flexible hours to help you avoid heavy commuter traffic.

Warehouse Clerk Job Duties:

  • Coordinating Flow Between Drivers and Shippers
  • Generating BOLs and invoicing
  • Auditing orders, locating product,
    and supporting customer inquiries
  • Communicating with Clients
  • Receiving, Shipping

Warehouse Clerk Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a shipping clerk, auditing, and receiving.
  • Strong communication,
    multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate challenging
    situations with customers
  • Previous experience communicating with clients via phone and email
  • Reach Truck or Stand-Up forklift experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
