We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, helping them resolve issues, answer inquiries, and enhance their experience with their products and services.If you are passionate about helping others and have a knack for providing outstanding service, we would love to hear from you!

salary: $20 – $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

• Assist in training new team members as needed.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The essential functions of this role include:
