Are you passionate about metal working or the knife industry? Do you have at least one year of customer service experience? This Warehouse Customer Support Associate opportunity with a nationally recognized knife manufacturing company could be the job for you!

In this role, you will play an important part in shipping out clients’ products and ensuring order accuracy, but you will also get hands on experience working in the Warranty & Repair Department. In this role you will be processing orders for warranty and repair customers, learning how to answer return and repair questions and assist the warehouse daily with pulling, shipping and stocking.

As a Warehouse Customer Support Associate for this company, you will have access to a close-knit team, hands-on training, excellent benefits upon conversion, monthly lunches, and weekends off!

Warehouse Customer Support Associate Job Duties:

  • Pulling orders, shipping and stocking typically 50% or more of your time
  • Answer/return service/repair/warranty/return questions
    from the customer service department
  • Offer support and solutions for warranty and repair customers issues in accordance with the company policies
  • Manager replacement parts inventory through maintaining a spreadsheet of products being sent or returned for repair.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $21-28 per hour (depending on experience)

Warehouse Customer Support Associate Requirements: 

  • 1 year of previous customer service experience required
  • 1 year of prior warehouse experience preferred
  • Knowledge of knives or knife materials preferred, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft and Excel
