Warehouse | Forklift Training | $20-22/hr

Are you looking to level up your skills in your next job? This Warehouse job will take the time to teach and train you on the ins and outs of operating a forklift! You will work with a really cool company that specializes in the production of sealants and finishes for log cabin and woodworked homes. They are based in Redmond, WA, and help deliver on their commitment to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Most of what you will be doing in this warehouse role is picking and packing orders, operating a forklift, cycle counting, and mixing batches for custom orders!? Upon permanent hiring, this company offers medical/dental benefits as well as pay increase and generous paid time off.

As a Warehouse Associate You Will:

• Utilize sit-down forklifts to efficiently and safely move materials within the warehouse.

•  Pick and Pack orders for shipment.

• Cycle counting and physical inventory counting. 

• Assisting in the mixing of batches of sealants for custom orders

• Contribute to a clean work area, follow allergen handling and quarantine procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

The Skills You Have:

1. Language and Communication: Must read, write, and converse in English. Professional and timely communication with team members is essential.

2. Physical Requirements: Able to work in varied conditions, lift 50lbs multiple times a day, and perform physical activities such as twisting, crawling, and standing for extended periods.

3. Safety and Compliance: Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies. Must pass a background check and drug screen.

4. Education and Experience:

   • High school diploma or GED.
   • Forklift experience is a bonus
   • 6 months warehouse experience 
   • Manufacturing experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Location: Redmond

Pay: $20-$22/hr
