This local company is currently seeking full-time, temp-to-hire Warehouse Lead to join their onsite team. 

As a Warehouse Lead you will be overseeing a team of associates to ensure assigned daily job tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will be successful in Warehouse lead role if you have strong leadership skills, enjoy working on a team, and thrive in a collaborative environment. 


Warehouse Lead Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and customer satisfaction
• Lead a team of 10 – 12 warehouse associates
• Manage staff performance, delegate daily tasks, provide training
• Oversee asset handling, loading, and delivery, ensuring safety and damage prevention.
• Perform computer data entry: MS Office Suites, EXCEL, Outlook

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7am-3:30pm

Pay:
 $24 – $26 per hour 

Warehouse Lead Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
• 2+ years of warehouse distribution experience
• Proficiency with
  MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures
• HS diploma or equivalent
